Frequently asked questions
1. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and/or need to cancel my order?
No problem. However, please note that orders are typically shipped within 24 hours and shipped by 1pm CST. Send us an email at email@example.com and let us know about order issues as soon as you can. We check our messages throughout the day before we ship. In most cases, we should be able to cancel the order.
If the item has already shipped, we can still take the item back but you may be responsible for return shipping. See FAQ #4.
2. How long does it take to receive my order? How can I track my order?
Orders in most cases are typically shipped within 1 business day via USPS. You will receive order details and tracking information once your item ships via email. In most cases, you will get the item within 3-7 business days.
3. Is there a minimum order?
We encourage you to support your organization as best you can and to take advantage of the flat $4.95 shipping for any size order. However, there is no minimum. You can buy just one item if you’d like.
- I received my item and I want to return it. What do I do?
Please note that 50% of the proceeds goes back to the school/organization as a donation. We will gladly take back any items that are unopened within 7 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded back less 50% of the purchase price. Buyer pays for return shipping. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll issue you an RMA# with instructions on what to do.
- All right. What gives? How are you able to give back 50% profit while keeping your prices so low?
Yeah, we know. We’re pretty awesome. Just kidding.
We work closely with all of our manufacturers. We are able to cut out the “middle-man” and pass the savings along to the school/organization and you, the donor.
- What is your product warranty?
Rest assured our items are backed with a 90 day warranty against manufacturing and product defects. Just contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
